Friends don't let friends join Myspace...

I'm proud to announce that two night's ago, I quit the largest piece of crap social network in the world. No, I withdraw my previous statement. I not only quit Myspace, I quit using all of the piece's of crap social networking website's. Myspace, Facebook, Friendster, Twitter, Yahoo 360°. I quit them all. Honestly, I only used Myspace.

Myspace: "A place for friend's", or so they say. I joined Myspace for the same reason everyone else joined Myspace, because anybody whose anybody had a Myspace account. So, here it goes...

Reason's why I LOVED Myspace...

It was cool at first. I could be friends with people that I was already friends with and backstab them by putting cooler people that I met on the internet in my top 8, because let's face it, most of my friend's aren't very good looking people. Think of how totally uncool I would have looked if I had put them on my main page! I mean, the main page is like a preview of what you get if you add me to your friend list and if I show the world what my real friends look like... Well, that's like saying, "give me your kick ass Ninja Turtle action figure's and I'll give you something I got out of a cerael box".

I could find people that I haven't talked to in year's and add them to my friend list. Granted, most of the time they wouldn't respond if you sent them a message (who actually reads those thing's anyway?), but atleast they accepted my request to be their friend and I could pretend that they are still my closest buddies.

I could upload pictures of my beer belly six pack and people would comment on them, telling me how disturbingly ugly sexy I am! They may have completely ignored my "About Me" section and the blog's that I spent an hour or two writing, but atleast they commented on my picture's! Besides, Myspace is kind of like a picture book. There is no reading on Myspace! That stuff that they make you write about yourself is just a space filler. The real fun in Myspace is judging people by how they look, gouging out your eye's because you can't stand looking at another crappy layout that takes an hour to load, forcing yourself to listen to that preloaded song about having sex in some club and posting "thnx 4 the add comments" complete with a sparkling .GIF image!

Oh, I'm going to miss the day's of spam and unexpected error's, but I have to move on. It's time to enter a world where spelling a word correctly is actually a must and people actually read what you want to express. It's going to be hard...

Wait, those are all reasons I left Myspace. Okay, I'm going to have to start this whole blog over again.

I have heard of 'My Space' but all my friends said;"Don't ever go there!" So since I'm a little older then most of my young friends, I listen to what they advise me.
As to why I diet, I am not dieting I'm trying to change my very poor way of eating: ex. Pizza, McDonald's, Subway, Blimpies etc. Get the picture. So to help me along the way keeping a food tracker helps me to think ahead of time what I will stay at home and fix myself. I am also working exercise into my healthier lifestyle. I'm just not as young as you and my friends, so I have to start my exercising a bit slower then the younger ones. I have to keep reminding them "I'm not as young as you, slow down, until I work my way up to walking more briskly. Thanks for you visit, actually that blog is more or less for my own entertainment, as is all my blogs. I hope you enjoy your blog journey, down blogging lane;) If you want to visit again I would recommend one of the other ones, but they are kind of boring too.

I have a MySpace profile but I made it kicking and screaming the entire way. This is my fourth and I wouldn't have made this one if I hadn't heard through the grapevine that someone from high school a million years ago was looking for me and didn't know how to get a hold of me. So, of course you can't contact anyone without a profile so I had to make one. Two months later, I still haven't deleted the darn thing.
